With over ten years of experience making pottery, and five years of teaching it, founder Chloe Rourke-Nicholas formed studio blue as a space to share the joy of pottery.

A long-term worshipper of the color blue, her work combines the rich history of storytelling in ceramics with watercolor painting techniques and many many shades of blue.

studio blue is the manifestation of many years of both making and teaching ceramics. She hopes that, through sharing the joy of pottery, she will be able to inspire others to be creative and make time to work with something real in the ever-digitizing world around us.
